净化夹芯板

化夹心板是一种复合夹芯板，双面外层为高强度金属材料，内芯为保温材料。我们生产的夹心板一种是手工净化彩钢板，一种是机制净化彩钢板，都是为洁净室和GMP/QS标准工厂开发的优质建筑材料。
夹芯板表面可采用各种特色的金属材料，包括：:
－彩涂钢板
用于无腐蚀性气体和液体的地方，可满足装饰性及净化要求。
－不锈钢钢板
用于要求高防腐性能的地方，本板材装饰性能出色，因此价格相对偏高。
－防腐纳米彩钢板
用于要求高防腐性能的地方，本板材装饰性能高，且价格低于不锈钢净化彩钢板。
－抗菌彩涂钢板
抗菌彩涂净化板是采用含有特殊搪瓷系列抗菌剂的涂料涂装而成的金属烤漆彩涂板。
由于涂料中使用了特殊搪瓷系列抗菌剂，具有无毒性及半永久性抗菌效果和远红外线
辐射效果，对大肠菌与黄色葡萄球菌能产生99％以上的抗菌率，达到长效、光谱抗
菌的效果，并具有低毒、高效快速的特点。
