过滤器

1. 对于小型的净化设备，如洁净工作台、层流罩等，由于处理的风量小，一般新风进风面采用初效过滤器或中效过滤器，送风末端必须选用高效过滤器或超高效过滤器；风淋通道因处理风量大一般选用亚高效过滤器。
2. 对于净化空调系统中空气过滤器的选用与配置，一般根据洁净室的空气洁净度级别和生产工艺的特殊要求，进行合理化选用与配置。
A. 对于1000-10万级别的洁净室净化系统，通常采用三级空气过滤形式，即初效、中效、和高效过滤器；初效、中效一般放在空气处理装置（送风柜）中，且将中效过滤器放在正压段，亚高效或高效过滤器一般位于净化空调系统的末端。
B. 对于100-1000级的净化空调系统，通常在新风处理装置中设置初效、中效、亚高效过滤器，在洁净室循环风系统中，还要设置高效过滤器或超高效过滤器；一般的高效过滤器位于净化空调系统的末端，即位于洁净室的顶棚上；对于超高效过滤器，则必须要设在净化空调系统的末端，以确保所需的空气洁净度级别要求。
3. 当已知整个净化系统的空气处理风量时，可根据所选过滤器的额定风量，确定所需过滤器的个数。
